Job Responsibilities
- Develop the long-term company marketing strategy, with an emphasis on achieving B2B sales growth, market penetration, and cost-effective customer acquisition
- Develop and implement a winning Lead Generation strategy
- Take ownership of the business's reputation and recognition; including brand, PR, and communications
- Work closely with the Sales Team; enabling them to meet their objectives
- Work closely with the Product Team; to define marketing strategies for new and existing products
- Continual market reviews, consumer trends, and the activities of competitors,
- Stay on top of new web3 trends and cutting-edge tech for the business
Minimum Requirements
- Track record of successfully scaling Marketing teams demonstrating progressive responsibility for marketing
- Experience working with a high-growth or scaling business has implemented a successful lead-generation marketing plan
- Excellent communication and writing skills

- Prior experience delivering marketing solutions in a high-growth SaaS environment
